Making a Scarecrow
I love to make scarecrows. It is so easy. The first step is putting hay in the scarecrow's shirt. Next is to make the face. The third step is to put hay in his pants. My family builds it at Four Mile Park. I built a scarecrow this year whose name is John Fron. Next year, I am going to try to remember to name it Clon.

Now that is a silly name for a scarecrow. I helped make a scarecrow to decorate the front porch of my old school. We had bales of hay and pumpkins and some mum plants. I saw a mom taking a picture of her children sitting by the scarecrow. The porch is ready for fall. It was a fun way to help the school. I still love that school!
